Access to and use of the rvip4 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the rvip4 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and update this information promptly whenever it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. rvip4 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately safeguard your login details. You must notify rvip4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
rvip4 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria in Clause 2 have not been met, or where it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
rvip4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for AML review. rvip4 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Player.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, rvip4 will process to an alternative verified method in the Player's name.
